Composed of former members of the Follow'her board, the committee helps the current board to define the association's strategy, to communicate on its action and to expand its network.
Created in 2014 by 5 HEC students, Follow'her has always had the vocation of supporting the economic inclusion of women.
The first team that went on the field focused on women's access to new technologies. When returning from the mission, the association was passed on to ESSEC students who this time merged the themes of digitalisation, agriculture and health.
Finally the 3rd team and current board has further defined the scope of Follow'her. Supported projects must now meet a double requirement:
- economic inclusion of women
- integration of environmental and climate issues at the heart of the project
